Filet Carlton - Filet mignon with Carltons’ crab cake and bearnaise
North Carolina Cioppino - Lobster, clams, mussels, shrimp and scallops
steamed in a basil-tomato broth served over risotto and garnished with

Linguini with White Clam Sauce - Whole baby clams, white wine, garlic,
parmesan and parsley over fresh egg linguini
