BARBECUE
PORK LOINS
¼ cup Lea
& Perrins Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup honey
1 T. brown sugar
1 T. garlic
1 tsp Satan's Breath® Cajun Blend
¼ cup red wine
1 tsp. paprika
2 pork loins (1 lb. each)
Mix marinade with
all the above. Put pork in a 5"x9" loaf pan.
Pour marinade over top, cover with foil and set aside for one
hour. Roll meat every 20 minutes. Preheat oven to
425° and bake pork (covered) for 45 minutes. Uncover,
take out of marinade, put on sheet pan, stick back in oven and
brown. Serves 4-6. Serve with recipe of Horseradish
sauce that follows.
HORSERADISH
SAUCE
¼ tsp. salt
½ cup no fat sour cream
1 T. horseradish (or to taste)
Blend well.
Serve on side
