MUSHROOM
4 lbs mushrooms
1 lb butter
1 qt burgundy wine
1½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dill seeds
1 tsp Satan's Breath® Cajun blend
1 tsp Accent
1 tsp garlic powder
2 cups water
4 beef bouillon cubes
salt to taste
Clean mushrooms and leave the stems.
Combine everything in a large pan. Bring to boil and reduce to a
simmer with lid on for 4 to 5 hours. Remove lid and continue to
simmer another 4 to 5 hours. (Use a crock pot, easier and you do
not have to worry about stirring all the time.) Put it on high,
cook for 8 to 10 hours. Excellent!!!! |
