Dip
1½ cups chick peas
(Garbanzo Beans)
2 beef bullion cubes
2 tsp salt
1 tsp Satan's Breath®, Cajun Blend (or to taste)
1 T. minced garlic
1 T. Hot Chili Sesame Oil
1 T. lemon juice
Soak beans over night.
The next morning change the water. Cover the beans with 2" of fresh
water. Crush the beef cubes and add them, the salt, and the Cajun
Blend to the beans. Cook the beans until they are well done.
Remove from the heat, drain and mash fine as mash potatoes. Put
the beans in a mixing bowl. Now add the garlic, lemon juice and
Hot Sesame Oil. This is outstanding on chips or crackers.
Can be served hot or cold.
