SOUTHWEST
DIP
1-4oz. can green chilies
1-4oz. can mushroom pieces
1-7oz. can Mexicorn
1-14½oz. can tomatoes with chilies
¼-cup chopped cilantro
½-cup chopped stuffed green olives, chopped
1-cup onions, chopped
½-cup bell peppers, chopped
½-cup green onions chopped
1-lb. ground beef, cook in wok prior to putting in dip
½ cup mayonnaise
2-cups New Ex-sharp Cheddar cheese
1- tsp. Satan’s Breath® Jalapeno Garlic
1½T. Satan’s Breath® Southwest Blend
1-T. Satan’s Breath® X-Hot Chili Powder
Put all in a large mixing bowl and stir
until you get an even blend. Now spray a Pyrex dish with olive oil and
pour in the dip mix. Either put in a 350°F. oven until it
bubbles, or in the micro-wave until the cheese melts. Serve with lime
flavored tortilla chips or crackers.
