Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York and member of the
prestigious Chaine des Rotisseurs, with his wife Wendy, established the
restaurant which has garnered a reputation for fabulous food.
Now the
restaurant’s reputation for excellence can be invited to your
special party. Pick-up of your catering order is available, or the
restaurant can deliver to your special occasion with service
personnel to set up, serve and even clean up. Party equipment rental
is also offered.

Company’s family-style dinner options which include the choice of
two appetizers, a produce salad, and the choice of one chicken, one
meat and one fish entrée. Selections available include the tempting
Chicken Saltimboca, Marsala or Piccata with Broccolini over Penne or
Orachetti Pasta; Grilled Sirloin with Gorgonzola Butter, garlic
mashed potatoes, spinach; Grilled Sirloin with Mushrooms, asparagus,
a bourbon butter sauce and mashed potatoes, and Grilled Pork
Tenderloin with a smoked tomato buerre blanc, accompanied by sugar
snap peas with sweet potato mash.
Fish selections include Grilled Grouper with lemon caper buerre
blanc over spinach pilaf; Jerk Seasoned Mahi Mahi with black beans
and fruit salsa over pilaf, and Grilled Tuna over mashed potatoes
with hoisin and wasabi cole slaw. Desserts include carrot cake,
cheesecake, pecan pie or chocolate mousse.
