Somerset Cellars Winery: The Best Kept Secret on the Crystal Coast

Welcome to the Crystal Coast! Should you find time during your stay here—well no, make sure you find time during your stay here to visit Somerset Cellars Winery. Somerset Cellars is the first and only Federal Bonded Winery on the Crystal Coast. They pride themselves on their very unique, old world, handcrafted wines.

The winery currently produces 18 different types of wine. They import their grapes/juice from all over the world. They are open for sales and tastings Wednesday through Saturday from 11am until 6pm. Should these hours not be convenient, just call and they will schedule a private tasting appointment for you and your group. Please keep in mind that you must be 21 to sample and purchase. You will truly enjoy a visit to one of the Crystal Coast’s best kept secrets!

Somerset Cellars produces private label wines as well. They can be found in many of the finer local restaurants under custom labels. Perhaps you would like one created for your beach house or boat? Or it may be for a birthday party, wedding, anniversary or other special occasion. Please keep in mind, all labels must be Federal and State approved and this process may take several weeks. Minimum orders do apply.

So come in for a visit to Somerset Cellars Winery.  They are located at 3906 Arendell St., Morehead City behind Carolina Sports and Parkway TV repair. It is a white, two-story building on the left just past Auto Zone and before El's Drive-In when heading east on Arendell Street. There is plenty of parking on the side, just come around the back of the building, they are the 3rd door on the left. Hope to see you there, you won’t regret it!
