Originally opened in 1948 in Smithfield, NC, owner Randy Hingson established the Atlantic Beach location at 2500 West Fort Macon Road in 2004. Hingson has a hands-on approach to his business as he is directly involved in the homemade fare he provides to his customers. With everything homemade on site including the coleslaw, potato salad, and home-cooked barbeque, it’s easy to see why White Swan is bound to please.

Looking to feed the family and have some great leftovers throughout the week? Some of the most-requested specialty items include Honey Dew baked ham, specially cured and slow cooked to retain its flavorful juices, and fried turkeys which are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Both are available by special order. White Swan also has a take-out menu for quick meal ideas for individuals or families on the go.

Need a caterer to service a large event or special occasion? White Swan has a history of catering services in North Carolina, Virginia and South Carolina. Over the years, they have built a solid reputation on superb food and impeccable customer service. They strive to go the extra mile so that their customers actually taste the extra time, pride and care they take when serving an event. From gatherings of 50 to 2,000, from pig pickings to grand events, White Swan guarantees satisfaction with full-service off site catering that can be customized to meet their clients’ needs and budget.
           
Besides those already mentioned, entrée meat options include sliced pork roast, sliced roast beef, baked chicken, baked ham and more. Their general catering menu includes two meats, two sides, hush puppies or rolls, tea, plates, cups, flatware and ice. Also included is set-up for the event and assistance in serving for one hour. Desserts are also available for an additional charge.

With so many lunch and dinner options, don’t overlook the breakfast menu. More country, down-home flavors can be found in the breakfast sandwiches, biscuits and gravy, country ham, grits and build-your-own omelets. And Thursdays are a great time to get your fill of barbeque sandwiches which are on special from 4pm until closing and are only $1.25!
