Buttermilk Dressing

2 ea yellow onion
8 ea green onion
8 clove garlic
4 tbl chopped fresh tarragon
4 tbl chopped fresh basil
1 bunch chopped parsley
¼ cup dry mustard
1 cup lemon juice
5 cup mayonnaise
5 cup buttermilk
2 tbl Worcestershire sauce
1 tbl ground black pepper
to taste salt

Procedure: Mince the onions and garlic and mix in a bowl with the chopped herbs. Dissolve the dry mustard in the lemon juice and add to the bowl. Stir in the mayonnaise well, and then the buttermilk, Worcestershire sauce, and the pepper. Season to taste with salt. Allow to rest for 1 hour for the flavors to develop.
