Macaroni
Pie
Ricotta-1½ lb
Salt & Black Pepper-to taste
Eggs-7
Mozzarella -1lb
Italian Cheese, grated to taste
Spaghetti, thin, break in half -1/2 lb
Procedure: Cook spaghetti as per directions on the box
and drain in colander. In a large bowl, beat eggs first and then add
ricotta, grated cheese, salt, pepper and beat together. Cut Mozzarella
into small pieces and add together with spaghetti and stir all together.
Pour in greased baking pans and bake at 350º from 50 minutes to an hour
or when it's light brown on top.
