Cabbage
Salad
1/2 cabbage (You can use a whole one, if
it's small.)
1 pk. almonds (shaved)
1 pk. sunflower seeds
6 green-onions (chopped)
1 sm. pk. ramen noodles (uncooked and crushed)
1/2 cup Italian dressing (oil & vinegar will do)
season with salt and pepper or Toni's Creole Seasoning
Procedure: Shred cabbage in a food processor. Put in a
large bowl and add all other ingredients. Mix well and enjoy.
