Grilled
Tuna Steaks
12 (1-inch-thick) tuna steaks
1 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 bay leaves
1/2 teaspoon dried whole thyme
Place steaks in a large shallow
container. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well; pour over fish.
Cover and refrigerate 1 hour, turning fish frequently. Remove fish from
marinade, reserve. Place fish in greased wire grilling baskets. Grill
over hot coals 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Turn
and baste occasionally with marinade. 12 servings.
