Imperial
Crab Baked
This recipe was passed on to me
from a friend. I do not know its origin. RSR, chef
Ingredients
1 pound of Jumbo Lump Blue Crab meat.
2 to 3 Tablespoons of finely chopped Green or Red Bell Pepper (depending
upon fondness of peppers!)
Method
Toss the ingredients together then gently mix in just enough
Imperial Topping to wet the mixture. Place in an appropriate casserole
pan, or in individual crocks, soufflé dishes or scallop shells. Bake at
400º, until the top of the casserole starts to brown. At this point,
spoon a ¼ inch layer of Imperial Topping across the top of the
casserole and return to the oven. Bake until topping is golden brown,
remove and serve!

Ingredients
3 cups of premium mayonnaise
2 large eggs
1 1/2 Tablespoon French's yellow mustard
Dash of Old Bay seasoning
Method
Thoroughly mix all the ingredients together.
